Vriendelike, gasvrye mense wat uit hul pad gegaan het om ons tuis te laat voel. Ons het ons tydjie terdeë geniet. Rustige area, skoon en netjiese akkommodasie.

Worst holiday ever. The stay at Ho'kaai self-catering establishment was, to say the least, not pleasant. The advertising did not stipulate we would be put in the roof of a house with limited space for 7 people and couldn't move or breathe properly. One cramped en-suite bathroom to share with fellow guests. Parking: No shade for parking while the owner's carport is vacant and specifically indicates no parking for his guests. Staircase, not adequate. NBR. Dangerous. Treads, risers, balustrades not in compliance with NBR. Bathroom, no space, plumbing illegal connection, basin and shower trap on one line. Ventilation inadequate. Bedrooms, no direct ventilation and inadequate height in rooms. NBR. Not room, our heads knocked the whole weekend. Windows shut permanently in bedrooms. Minimum height of 2.4m for habitable rooms not achieved. Braai area, umbrella broken. Kitchen fridge was frozen up and couldn't close properly. Lounge area, no ventilation. Minimum height of 2.4m for habitable rooms not achieved. Certainly, the stay was not worth the money. In fact, this establishment, if it remains in its current form, should be removed from the website completely as it holds really detrimental safety concerns. To make matters worse, the establishment was discounted 50% prior to our arrival. I really am very disappointed in this establishment.

Relaxing atmosphere, excellent accommodation, made good memories. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ho'Kaai. It was a lovely getaway. Clean environment, stunning furniture. The braai area was perfect for entertainment.

Nxa, lekker, fantasies. Ons maak weer so! Our 10-day stay at Ho’Kaai felt like home, my family enjoyed our stay. We certainly fell in love with Port Owen.

Will definitely use Ho’Kaai again in the future. Our stay was great. The hosts went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met and that we were comfortable. The only problem we found was that the outside umbrella at the braai area did not work and looked a little broken. It was not a problem for us as we did not really need it anyway.

Uitstekend, love die plekkie! Ons het so lekker gebly, plekkie was baie meer impressive as wat fotos kon wys. Baie spasie. Bed en beddegoed wat uit die boonste rakke. So baie klein details wat soveel beteken het. Alles was so gerieflik, mooi kombuise met soveel ekstras - wasmasjien, tumble dryer, microwave, oond en stoof, baie mooi glasses en borde ens. Lekker spacious TV kamer met le banke en DSTV wat so lekker was vir die kindertjies. Braai area op die buite deck area was so nice, mooi uit gele met faux grasse, sambreel, braai en lekker baie braai hout en braai geriewe. Defnitief waarde vir geld! Kan nie wag om terug te gaan nie.
