A walk up the "Koppie" is always a must and a ride down the Weltevrede road or up the Swartberg Pass to the Hell is always recommended if you enjoy gravel travel. To truly appreciate and soak up the atmosphere you need to stay a few nights to explore and relax."
"Museum was very tatty, closed and appeared disappointing, how sad. Ditto for Info. Locals did not know significance of the signpost of cities of the world with deaths behind each sign. Also knew nothing about a route around the area to some ruins. Must have asked the wrong locals. A tremendous amount of drunkenness, also very sad."
