"Very secure estate. Close to Ganzekraal Melkbos and Yzerfontein if you are needing shops petrol or a launching harbour. Grotto bay itself is peaceful and still very intact with nature. Good bird life, interesting plants and lots of wildlife to appreciate. A piece of relatively undisturbed nature and lovely homely people."

"The area from Citrusdal to Clanwilliam along the N7 route is amazing. The many passes are a must travel from Citrusdal over the Middelberg pass towards Ceres via Gydo pass, then from Ceres via Mitchell's pass and return to camp via Piekenierskloof pass. Sadly Citrusdal itself needs some desperate upgrades and it's sad to see the state of shops in the Main road."
