House Rules

Please note no vapes or smoking is allowed.

Please note no eating or drinking is allowed in the bedrooms.

No pets are allowed.

No parties or events are allowed the house is in a residential area, we would appreciate it if you respect the neighbours and adhere to quiet hours after 23h00.

No speakers are allowed at the property.

Please note should anything be broken, you will need to replace it.

Netflix is available to stream on TV, as well as other streaming apps that you can access with your own login details such as Disney+, Prime, and DStv.

The establishment only makes provision for the number of guests that are booked. The bedding arrangements need to be confirmed prior to the stay.

A maximum of 6 guests (including children) is allowed. No visitors are allowed.

There is an open swimming pool in the garden.

Please note that there are security cameras on site. One in front facing the gate and garden and one at the back facing the back garden.

Please note that the establishment is close to the centre of town and that the town is very busy and noisy between Fridays at 16:00 and 18:30 as well as on Saturdays between 09:00 and 14:00.
