Description
1 Milkwood Drive is a luxury three-story family home located on the famous Milkwood Road in the heart of the unique Zimbali indigenous forest with exclusive sea views over the private infinity pool.
The house can accommodate a total of 10 adult guests, 1 infant, and a child under the age of 12. Accommodation is offered in 5 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a cot, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a child-only mattress. Of the remaining 3 bedrooms, 2 are furnished with a queen-size bed, and the last is furnished with a king-size bed. All bedrooms are airconditioned. The house comprises 3 bathrooms, of which 2 are en-suite and the last a shared bathroom. Additionally there is an outdoor shower available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove and oven and tea-and coffee-making facilities. The large open-plan dining room leads onto a patio with a braai area and a boma area with a firepit. A bar area and cinema/TV room provides entertainment for guests.
There is servants quarters in the basement with en-suite shower and separate entrance which is out of bounds for guests. A full time cleaning service, resident resides in this area for guests convenience.
Outside, guests have access to a rim flow pool, Jacuzzi on the top floor and there are beautiful sea views.
