Description
10 @ Sea-Batical is a spacious self-catering house for up to 8 people in Stilbaai, and is just 600 m from the river.
The multi-storey house is located adjacent to a green area where bucks roam freely, and has a view of the river and harbour. The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and for convenience, linen is provided.
Located on the second floor, the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a jet bath. The room also has a private lounge area. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor, and both rooms are furnished with a double bed. A bunk bed for 2 children are also available in 1 of the rooms. One of the bedrooms makes use of a bathroom with a shower and a bath, and the second contains a shower only. Guests please need to bring their own towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer, are also available for guests to use. Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with DStv, or in the braai room that opens on the balcony and overlooks the surrounds.
A double garage with an electronic door is available on the ground floor. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
