Description
10 Bay Beach is a luxurious double-storey self-catering family home located in the residential Sunset Links Golf Estate, overlooking the ocean, the mountain and the golf course. This is a special place to be shared by the family or used as a base for sightseeing, and exploring the winelands or any of the many local attractions. The possibilities are endless. There are also an abundance of restaurants and shopping centres close by.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen with a breakfast nook and bar area, and a large open-plan lounge, dining area and entertainment area.
The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and twin washbasins. This room has doors opening to the sundeck with outdoor dining furniture and lovely views. The other 4 bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. 2 of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, and a microwave. The lounge offers ample seating and a fireplace. The dining area contains a large 12-seater dining table and chairs and a couch. The dining area opens to an enclosed deck with a built-in braai and an outdoor dining table and chairs.
The braai deck has sliding doors leading to a sparkling swimming pool, as well as a Jacuzzi, sauna, a gym and a table tennis facility, all set in landscaped gardens with water features. Wi-Fi internet access is available. A cleaning service can be arranged at an additional fee.
Add all these features to the safety of estate living, the convenience of walking on the beach or enjoying a round of golf. Certainly a special place to spend some time.
