House Rules

Please note that the property is located in a residential area and noise restrictions are in place.
The house is not suitable for parties or events.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Some sections of the property are accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
This property has septic tanks and the deposit received by tenants will be used for plumbers if anything other than human waste and toilet paper are flushed.
Please note that the property has a tenant living in a separate unit. The driveway and parking is a shared area.
