Description
102 Siyayi is a self-contained cottage located on the owner’s property in Mtunzini with its own access, completely separate from the main house. This is a lovely, private cottage which would be ideal for a couple holidaying in the beautiful Mtunzini area or a comfortable, peaceful retreat for a business trip.
The air-conditioned cottage can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Bed linen, towels, and soap are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a 2-plate stove with mini-oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. Complimentary tea and coffee are all-inclusive. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge has a comfy single sleeper couch to accommodate a child, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The living area opens up onto a covered patio with a private garden and braai area. Although Mtunzini is a very peaceful, safe village, there is an alarm system and secure on-site parking. The cottage is fully self-catering but there are various good restaurants available locally and a Spar convenience store for all your requirements.
