10i Mimosa is a multi-level, self-catering holiday home with amazing sea views and mountains on the horizon in Jeffreys Bay. This quirky wooden house sits perched on a large property with commanding views from both the upper and main levels of the home.

This holiday home sleeps 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is located on the upper level and is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds on request, as well as a single bed. It features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a corner bath, toilet and washbasin. There’s a balcony with an amazing sea view and a dedicated workspace with a bar fridge.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the third bedroom with a single bed. Both bedrooms are situated on the main level and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together and the living area has a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with exclusive DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The sliding doors open to the balcony with outdoor furniture.

The lower level bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds which can be converted into a king-size bed on request and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The lounge area has a flat-screen TV installed with exclusive DStv channels and direct access to the lovely garden with outdoor braai facilities. There’s an inverter for backup power for lights, plugs and essential appliances in case of power outages. All linen and towels are provided.

Parking is available inside the property, down a steep driveway, or on the street for access from the upper level. Kitted with a surfboard rack and outdoor shower, and just a few hundred metres from Supertubes and Point, this property is the perfect surfer accommodation.
