10th Hole on Theewaterskloof Golf Estate is a spacious self-catering holiday villa located in the Theewaterskloof Golf Estate in the heart of Villiersdorp. This could be a great option for a large group of friends and family as the estate has many amenities and activities.
This villa can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom also has 2 single beds, while the third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The remaining bedroom also has a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Another shower is also available in the fourth bathroom.
The spacious living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The cozy lounge has comfy seating and a fireplace. Upstairs there is an entertainment area with a bar. This entertainment area opens onto a spacious balcony with seating and a gas braai which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening while overlooking the surrounding estate. The estate has a clubhouse which has a bar and a restaurant where guests can enjoy light meals as well as pizza on certain days. Guests can also cool off in the estate’s communal swimming pool.
