11 The Grange is a lovely self-catering penthouse apartment located in Ballito, within a secure complex of only 12 units. It is a short distance from Compensation Beach and Granny Pool Beach, making it an ideal option for families or friends wanting to stay close to the coast.
This unit can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children, comprising 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed, has sliding doors that open onto the balcony, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. A child-only bunk bed is available in the fourth bedroom. These bedrooms share the use of the remaining 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a bath and the other with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, chest freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The lounge and dining area offer comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, with a TV featuring selected DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi for entertainment.
The living area opens onto a covered main balcony with outdoor seating and a gas braai, as well as a side balcony that can be reached from the dining room and from 2 of the bedrooms, offering sea views.
