1201 Topaz is a self-catering apartment in a beachfront complex located on the well-known beach road in Strand. It is situated just opposite the beach boasting panoramic ocean views.
This air-conditioned apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom has a double bed as well as an en-suite shower, while the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble-dryer are available. Leading from the kitchen is a 10-seater dining table and the lounge has comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Netflix and Showmax access. Access to free, uncapped Wi-Fi available.
This unit features 2 balconies. The rear balcony is covered with glass panels and offers beautiful views of the Helderberg and the golf course. The front balcony offers a gas braai and unobstructed views of the entire False Bay. The apartment building offers 24-hour security access control, secure parking inside the building, a communal swimming pool, a gym and a steam room.
