129 4th Pool House offers lovely self-catering holiday accommodation with a private entrance on the owner’s property which is located in the heart of Rondebosch East. This could be a great option for a weekend getaway as the property spoils with an inviting swimming pool.
This cottage can accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a three-quarter bed and shares the bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The living area features a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. This space also has a 4-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Both rooms have a TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi is available.
Outside, there is a spacious communal courtyard with a lovely swimming pool where guests can cool off on those hot summer days. Secure parking and braai facilities are available too.
