Situated on a beautiful golf estate with mountain views, 13 Fairway Close Private Estate, is a beautiful and modern self-catering house located on the secure Goose Valley Golf Estate and is the perfect option for a memorable stay.
This house has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests and comprises 3 individually designed bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds and leads out onto a deck overlooking the 17th fairway. This is a great spot for a sundowner while watching the sunset and golfers ending their rounds. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 3 bedrooms make use of a bathroom that is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The spacious open-plan living area, with vaulted ceilings and large glass sliding doors leading onto the patio, is light and bright. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic crockery, and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. It also features a lovely dining table where guests can enjoy their meals. It expands into the lounge area that has comfy seating space, a TV, and a cosy fireplace.
The stacking doors of the open-plan living area walk out onto the patio that boasts a beautiful view over the luscious greenery and has a built-in braai area along with outdoor furniture.
Goose Valley Clubhouse is a 5-minute walk away, it has a spacious restaurant, bar, and pro shop. Activities on the estate include golf, a driving range with short game practice facilities, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a squash court, and lagoon access via the wooden walkway from the estate. 2 Double kayaks are included in the rental for guests to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the estuary.
