Wonderful vacation by the sea with all our family. Thank you very much. Very comfortable house with large and varied spaces for everyone to move around. Nice warm swimming pool and indoor braai for lovely evenings together. Beautiful place and well located by the beach. Friendly reception and helpful at all times. Thank you very much for sharing it with us. Can definitely recommend.

We had an awesome time in a stunning home. Thanks to the host. The place is well designed and clean. The weather didn't allow us to use the heated pool. We will have to come back!

Memorable family holiday. 13 on Chios is a beautiful, well-designed holiday home with the greatest of attention to detail to ensure that guests' needs are met. We loved the location with easy access to the private beach as well as the fact that the house is in a secure access-controlled estate. The host was fantastic, always very responsive. We will definitely stay there again.
