13 Pyrgos - Santorini Estate is a self-catering ground floor apartment situated in the Santorini Estate located in Shaka's Rock, on the Dolphin Coast, 5 km from Ballito. The Santorini Estate is a secure, gated community with 24/7 security patrols, surveillance cameras, and facial recognition at the entrance. The estate is fenced and monitored, with security guards stationed at the gate. For added convenience, there is a designated trailer parking area near the entrance, where your trailer parking spot will be allocated on arrival to the Tenants Control Manager and where the trailer must be parked for the duration of the booking,

Load-shedding solutions have also been implemented and include a gas stove, Weber Braai and some LED emergency globes that have been strategically fitted in the apartment such as bedside table lamps, and light fittings ensuring minimal disruptions during power outages. The Estate has strategically installed numerous Inverters to power common property lighting for up to 4 hours, after Load shedding solutions main power loss.

This ground-floor apartment has sea views and can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a sea view through American shutters and contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, whilst the third bedroom, perfect for kids, contains 2 single beds. They share a separate bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, gas bottle, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite, with Free Wi-Fi for uninterrupted connectivity to keep the family connected. The sitting room is provided with, a smart TV where guests can stream with their own login details on platforms such as Netflix, YouTube, DStv, and Disney. The sitting room opens onto a lovely sea view a private, covered patio with al fresco dining, a Weber braai, and gorgeous sea views.

The Estate is child-friendly, and family-oriented and consists of 6 Greek-styled villages immersed in beautifully maintained lush gardens, where scenic walking trails can be experienced within the Estate gardens. There is a choice of 6 swimming pools across the estate, therefore guests are always close to a refreshing dip. The Pyrgos pool is just a few steps away from the apartment. Santorini Estate has direct access to 2 beaches through its own turnstile gate onto the beach. One is the Santorini Perissa beach gate to access to a tranquil and semi-private beach. The other Thompson's Bay public beach, where you can park your car in the Estate, is very close to the Beach gate and access the beach directly. It is ideal for families as It offers swimming directly in the sea or in the tidal pool a few steps away from the Estate beach turnstile. There is a covered braai area with tables for Guests, as well as an open-air kids’ jungle gym playground.

Guests have access to an automated garage, alternatively, for very large vehicles, there is ample open parking available, both of which are a few steps away from the apartment.
