Description
Situated on the beachfront in Shaka’s Rock Ballito, 13 Skiathos is a comfortably furnished self-catering apartment for 8 people with uninterrupted views of the ocean.
Located on the third floor of the complex, the luxury apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and 2 lounges. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bath, and a toilet.
The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds. The rooms share the use of a bathroom with a bath, a shower, and a toilet.
There is an extra queen-size bed in the second lounge area.
The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and for convenience, linen, duvets and pillows are provided. Guests please need to bring their own bath and swimming towels, kitchen towels and toiletries.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery for 12 people, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the 6-seater dining table or breakfast bar. A washing machine and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use.
Free Wi-Fi is available and guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with full DStv channels. The living area opens onto the large balcony which is furnished with an 8-seater dining table, a gas braai, as well as a tan bed and 4 lounge chairs, and overlooks the Indian Ocean.
Guests have access to the communal fenced swimming pool and picnic area, and undercover parking for 1 vehicle, as well as an extra guest parking for 1 vehicle, is available in the complex. The apartment is serviced daily, except for Sundays and public holidays.
The complex has direct access to the beach, and a security guard is on duty from 18:00 until 06:00.
The unit is not affected by loadshedding.
Ballito offers pristine beaches and warm waters for bodyboarding, surfing, swimming, diving, fishing, and more. Attractions in the area include the King Shaka Heritage Route, the Ballito Lifestyle Centre and various restaurants and shopping centres.
