House Rules

Please note, the Sleeps 2 Unit is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Please note that the units are not a guest house in itself, but a guest room on the same premises as the owner.
Smoking is prohibited in the units, but guests can smoke on the porch. An ashtray is available.
No parties or functions are allowed.
