13 The Shades is a luxury apartment situated right across from the main swimming beach in Umhlanga Rocks, providing guests with spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation, ideal for a small family or 2 couples.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The bathrooms are fitted with a toilet, washbasin, and either a shower fixed over the bath or a shower only. Quality linen, bath, and beach towels are provided.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area includes a breakfast bar, a TV, and comfortable couches.
The living room offers access to a garden with lovely sea views via the sliding door. There is a communal swimming pool that is only used by the complex's residents, as well as a laundry room. Complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking are available to guests during their stay.
