There were cigarette ashes in the drawer of the bedside table and some of the lights did not work. I forgot my overseas 2-prong plug in the room. Will you please like me?

Calming. Was very peaceful, rest for weary soul.

Pleasant thank you. No hangers in hanging closet. The air conditioner does not work, neither hot nor cold. The television power plug is missing a connector and extension cord and could not be used. The place was neat, clean, and comfortable.

Nice for short term stay. Although the place looks exactly like the photos and the room was very nice, unfortunately I have to complain about the environment around the room. If you don't mind a bunch of people outside your window/bathroom, this will be more than perfect for you! But I didn't open my curtains at all for a moment, it felt like everyone was looking in through the sliding door of my place.

Good Basic room but no complaints. Slept well and was peaceful. Recommendation: the braai area is far from the rooms. Would suggest that there may be closer facilities.

Booked a place for 2 nights so we could enjoy the show in Bloemfontein. However, was very disappointed on arrival, had to climb over a LOT of cover grass to get to the safe where the key is given. @14 Bains we found the following. Bath unwashed and full of hair and sand. Shower extremely dirty (black mif). Bedding and room stink from the smoke. Have slept at Bains before but certainly not @14 again.

Frustrating with arrival and departure. Reception does not know of arrangements regarding unit keys. Room dirty with papers and other objects behind bedside tables and other furniture. Shower drain was clogged. Stand ankle deep in drain water. Shower head also clogged with about 3 jets of water spraying. Have to jump around to get wet. I myself went to get tools in my vehicle to repair the drainage and also removed the shower head and opened and screwed back all the clogged holes.

Pleasant. Dead headlight, broken kitchen sink plug. Parking area is further than indicated in photo.
