It was a nightmare, I wasted my money. Not at all, kitchen has no hot water and the drainage is absolutely poor. Pans are rusty, cupboards are full of cobwebs. Swimming pool was grassy and the deck is unsafe. Braai area was dirty and neglected. Luckily we had no rain, otherwise we would have been soaking wet, because the ceilings are rotten. The roof area needs a lot of attention. If you go out the back door, it is chaos of dirt and cockroaches are breeding because the kitchen floor is rotting from water damage. There wasn't even a decent mop to wash the floors.
