Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No Rage students are allowed.
It is illegal to book under someone else's name. Parents cannot book and then allow their children to stay in the accommodation on their own. If this happens, guests will be evicted and no refunds will be paid.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. If guests smoke in the unit an additional cleaning fee of R2000 will be charged.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
A breakage deposit is payable with the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after guests check out if everything is found to be in order and there are no damages.
