17 on Fairway is a beautifully appointed self-catering holiday home in Southbroom Golf Course. It is ideally suited for friends and family who are looking for a homebase that promotes peace and relaxation while on their holiday.
This air-conditioned home can accommodate up to 8 adults and 5 children in 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are both furnished with a king-size bed, and have en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has an en-suite that is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet, while the second bedroom has an en-suite that is fitted with a shower fixed over the bath. The third bedroom is furnished with a child-only single bed, and a child-only bunk bed. The fourth bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the fifth bedroom has 2 child-only single beds. The final room is furnished with a double bed. Two of the shared bathrooms are fitted with a shower, while the third bathroom is fitted with a bath. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests entertainment there is a TV. The living area opens up to a covered patio that features comfortable seating, a dining table, and braai facilities, and the area can be closed off with glass doors. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests have access to a swimming pool, a lush garden, views of the golf course and the distant ocean, a generator and back-up water tanks for power outages, as well as secure parking on the premises.
