17 Skiathos Penthouse is located on the third floor of a beachfront complex in Shaka's Rock. This fully equipped Penthouse boasts infinite, uninterrupted, and utterly breathtaking views of the ocean. There are 2 flights of stairs to enter, please note there is no lift.
This air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a three-quarter bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single 2 three-quarter beds, available as a king-size bed upon request. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Quality linen, as well as bath and beach towels, and a hairdryer is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with access to DStv Now and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
With its open-plan layout and outside bar area, you are sure to be drawn to many gorgeous sunsets on the balcony, sipping champagne with friends and gazing out for schools of dolphins passing by.
A large swimming pool with braai facilities, as well as an evening guard, is available within the safety of the complex. Guests have reserved parking plus open parking for visitors and a trailer.
There is direct access to the beach through a secure side gate within the complex and a sizable tidal pool immediately to the right of the complex.
