1One1@Boneyard is a newly renovated, fully equipped self-catering apartment located within 200m walking distance to the beach, shops, laundromat and restaurants. This is the ideal destination for guests who wants to surf, enjoy the sun, eat good food and have fun at the local hangout spots, all reachable from stepping out of the complex.
The apartment is suitable for 3 guests consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and living room. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is separate with a shower, toilet, and basin.
The kitchen is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, countertop two-plate induction, convection oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and a Nespresso pod coffee machine. The kitchen counter also doubles as a small breakfast nook.
The lounge area's couch can be converted into a sofa bed, guests can use their own login details to stream on the smart TV. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available.
The apartment is accessible via a lift or stairs as it is on the 1st level with basement parking for 1 vehicle and 1 trailer behind a remote-controlled gate. The complex is very safe and secure.
Please note that no open fires are allowed in the complex, and the use of your own towels will be required.
The Jeffreys Bay region is renowned for its gorgeous beaches, never-ending summers, and plentiful shells and is best known as “the Surf Mecca of the World”. The beautiful beaches are safe for swimming and provide endless excitement for water sports.
