2 Wentworth Close is a beautiful 4-bedroom holiday home located in a high-security golf estate and is an ideal property for a memorable holiday with family.
This double-storey property, with backup power and fireplace, can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. All the bedrooms are equipped with climate control for heating and cooling. The spacious main suite is furnished with a king-size bed and features a dedicated workspace, TV, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a private balcony and is furnished with a queen-size bed and also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. One of the remaining 2 bedrooms has a private balcony. These bedrooms are each furnished with a single bed and make use of the third bathroom fitted with a bath and hand shower.
The extensive living area occupies the ground level and includes a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, air fryer, cutlery and crockery as well as a coffee machine. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a TV room with a full selection of DStv channels.
This home features a cosy lounge with a fireplace as well as air conditioning and an 8 seater table in the dining room. The indoor braai area opens up onto a patio and there is a lovely wooden deck at the front of the house with an outdoor dining table. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. This house also has strategically placed mosquito screens.
The 18-hole golf course is open to visitors and there is a communal swimming pool and 2 tennis courts, as well as a clubhouse with restaurant and bar facilities. The estate has a 3.7 km walkway with direct access to the beach. The house is located within close proximity to shopping centres, restaurants, and medical facilities and has easy access to the Stellenbosch Winelands and Cape Town International airport.
