20 Milkwood is an elegantly designed home, proudly positioned on a large and exclusive site with lush forest and lovely views. This villa is situated within the Zimbali Coastal Estate and is an ideal option for a family getaway as this villa boasts gorgeous views of the estate.
This air-conditioned villa can comfortably accommodate 12 guests and comprises 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, another 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and the remaining 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. Three of the bathrooms are fitted with a bath and a shower, while the fourth bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining space with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv.
Outside is a spacious wooden deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and braai facilities which is a great spot for guests to unwind. The unit also has an inviting swimming pool. Guests are afforded secure parking in a double garage and 2 extra parking spaces.
