203 Northwood - Your Home away from Home is a delightful, newly renovated apartment, located in the vibrant heart of the Cape Winelands in Paarl. The central location offers easy access to major attractions in the Winelands, renowned restaurants, and esteemed wine estates, and is close to top schools in Paarl, such as Paarl Boys Junior and High Schools, La Rochelle, and Paarl Gymnasium.
This apartment can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a lovely open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. They share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and a Nespresso machine, and features a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. It extends to the dining area where guests can enjoy their meals, and further opens to the air-conditioned lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV, and also boasts a workspace for those who cannot leave their responsibilities behind. The unit comes with an Inverter and battery to keep the lights and TV on during loadshedding.
The unit opens up onto a balcony overlooking the recreational park. This apartment is on the doorstep of Faure Stadium and the Market St Bridge- the start of the Berg River Canoe Marathon.
