22 Sovereign Paradise is a stunning self-catering unit that is located in the secure Sovereign Sands complex, which offers secure access to the beach via turnstiles.
The unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed. The second and third bedroom contain queen-size beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and offers partial views of the ocean. The second bathroom contains a shower and a bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A gas stove is available for cooking during load shedding. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has a table with benches, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a pajama lounge downstairs.
The living area opens up onto a lovely big patio area which has outdoor patio furniture, and gas braai facilities. There is a beautiful ocean view from the patio. The unit also has a pool with a lovely deck where guests can enjoy views of the sea on the sun loungers with a drink in hand.
