Penguin's at Sea is a stylishly furnished beachfront holiday home located in Grotto Bay. This property offers accommodation with a private beach area, outdoor swimming pool, and garden, all within approximately 500 meters from Grotto Bay Private Nature Reserve.
This spacious solar-powered home can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main and second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and queen-size bed, respectively, and share the use of 1 bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has a double sleeper couch which is used as a game room for the kids. They share the use of the second bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
Guests enter an expansive open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Additionally, there is also a washing machine and dishwasher for guests’ convenience. It extends to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a cosy fireplace and also features a 2 in 1 table tennis and pool table. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The sliding door of the lounge opens up to the covered patio with seating space and features a dining area. It extends to a deck with a lovely sparkling swimming pool and a braai area.
