28 @ Home is a lovely self-catering holiday home situated in the heart of Groenvlei, Bloemfontein. This could be a great option for a family getaway as this property is approximately 4 km outside of Langenhoven Park.
This property can comfortably accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, bar fridge, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and rusks are provided once on arrival. A washing machine is also available in the scullery. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a TV with DStv and Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Outside there is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening while enjoying a braai. During load shedding, this home has a generator. Guests are afforded secure parking in 2 lockable garages.
