28A Goue Myl is a double storey house situated in a holiday resort in the small town of Orkney. The resort is located on the banks of the Vaal River and allows guests access to the river.

The main bedroom is located on the top floor and contains a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, air-conditioning, and access to a balcony. The second bedroom, located on the top floor, has a double bed and 4 single beds. The third and fourth bedroom are downstairs and each contains a double bed and air-conditioning. The second bathroom is shared and has a shower.
