Situated on the Gonubie oceanfront, 3 On Bayview boasts an idyllic location and offers comfortably furnished self-catering accommodation for 6 people with an inverter for the TV and Wi-Fi. The property is just 50 m from the ocean. The main beach is only 900 m and a short walk over the Boardwalk away, and it can be seen from the apartment.
Enjoying a 180-degree sea view, the apartment is accessed by stairs. The apartment was designed with space in mind and comprises 2 luxurious, air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a spacious lounge with comfortable couches.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a single sleeper couch, and a TV with Netflix, and opens onto the balcony. The room also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a toilet. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and bunk bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. Linen, bath and hand towels are provided as well as make-up removal face cloths. Guests, please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with washing-up facilities, a 1-plate gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, air fryer as well as cutlery and crockery, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer are also available for guests to use. A daily cleaning service is available on request at an additional cost. The hosts provide a complimentary welcoming basket which includes coffee, tea, sugar, milk, a bottle of water and rusks.
Guests can relax in the spacious lounge which is equipped with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, Netflix, and Wi-Fi access, and opens onto the balcony which is furnished with a dining table and braai facilities, overlooking the ocean.
The apartment has a private entrance and secure parking in the garage is available as well as parking for trailers behind lock-up gates on the premises.
There are two local restaurants within walking distance and the Gonubie Hotel is only a little way away. Activities in the area include swimming, hiking, cycling and fishing. The unit is less than 15 minutes' drive from East London with all its shops.
