3 on Elizabeth is a charming, tastefully furnished, flat situated on the owner's property with a separate entrance in Port Owen which lies between Laaiplek and Velddrift. It’s ideal for a family or group of friends and is within close proximity to various activities.
This unit can accommodate 4 adults, 1 child, and a baby. It has 2 well-furnished bedrooms with 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed, there is a couch in the lounge suitable for 1 child and a portable baby cot should you need one. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet. 100% Egyptian cotton linens are on each bed and towels are provided.
The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, electric wok, cutlery, crockery, a kettle and filter coffee plunger. The open plan layout extends to the lounge and small dining area, furnished with comfy seating space, and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, Netflix, and access to free Wi-Fi throughout.
The private courtyard offers a 6-seater table & chairs, a Weber-style braai, including 2 bags of wood, 1 bag of charcoal, firelighters and a prep table with braai implements.
There is lighted off-street parking just outside your patio gate, with enough space for 2 cars in tandem or a boat.
For your comfort and convenience during load-shedding, there are rechargeable, heavy-duty portable lamps in each room.
