3 on Perlemoen is a modern self-catering apartment situated in a lovely seaside suburb called Sandbaai, west of Onrusrivier and east of Hermanus. The apartment is within close proximity to Sandbaai Beach, which is dotted with rock pools, exciting little coves, and popular snorkelling spots.
The open-plan apartment is situated upstairs and has a separate entrance and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the separate bathroom has a shower only.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features a dining table with ample seating, a comfortable couch with chairs, and a cosy fireplace. Leading from the living area through the sliding door is a balcony with a seating area and an outdoor braai where guests can take in the stunning mountain views.
The Hemel-en-Aarde village, which is right behind Sandbaai, is home to a wide range of stores, farm stands, galleries, studios, jewellers, and restaurants. The wine route is a well-liked way to spend most of the day.
