302 Ocean View offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a modern 2-bedroom apartment situated on Strand's Beach Road. The apartment block offers views over False Bay and takes inspiration from the shape of an eagle's wings, boasting a sense of openness.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom and is equipped with a Smart TV with Prime and YouTube. The second bedroom contains twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The open-plan lounge area offers sea views and has Wi-Fi access with a Smart TV featuring Prime TV and Youtube for entertainment. Additionally, guests have the freedom to access Netflix, Showmax, or DStv Now at their own account. Guests also have access to a communal swimming pool and braai area. The apartment block features a 24-hour controlled reception area with CCTV surveillance throughout the whole premises and is accessed via a remote-controlled gate. Underground parking is provided.
