31-On-Partridge is a guest house offering self-catering accommodation in Roodepoort. The accommodation is ideal for leisure travellers, or business travellers who are looking for a comfortable virtual office base from which to work and relax.

Accommodation is offered in 3 comfortable and individually furnished self-catering units, the Tania Unit, Reynard Unit, and Kian Unit. Each has its own separate entrance, a private en-suite bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette and dining area, high quality linen, air-conditioning, a Smart TV, fibre Wi-Fi internet access, as well as a patio with braai facilities.

Guests have shared use of a lovely garden and swimming pool area with sun loungers.

An optional mouthwatering breakfast is available on request at an additional fee. Washing and ironing services are also available as an optional extra.
