Pennington community by law states no noise or loud music after 10 pm. This is monitored by the Community Policing Forum.
34 on Cod is a strictly non-smoking holiday home.
No pets are allowed.
Please leave 34 on Cod as you found it, an extra cleaning fee will be charged otherwise.
The breakage deposit is payable before arrival.
No extra guests will be allowed. The maximum capacity is 12 guests which includes children.
