36 Martinique is a beautiful self-catering holiday apartment located in a secure complex in Shakas Rock and is an ideal option for a family holiday on the Dolphin Coast as it is situated within close proximity to the popular Thompson’s Bay. The apartment is located on the beach side of the road and has views of both the swimming pool and the ocean.
This ground-floor apartment has a capacity of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The air-conditioned main bedroom has direct access to the front patio and is furnished with a king-size bed and a TV. A bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the main en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. Linen, bath towels and soaps are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area is also air-conditioned and includes a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a Nespresso machine. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and a washing machine are available. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Adjacent to the lounge, there is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.
Through the sliding doors, there is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table which is an ideal spot for a sundowner while admiring the distant ocean views. Guests have full access to the complex’s communal swimming pool and braai facilities. The location of this property is in an area that does not experience load shedding.
