Very nicely centrally located. We had a very nice stay. I would only suggest that the kitchen is better equipped. There was no steak knife, grill, braai, or decent pan to e.g. not to bake eggs.

Baie lekker sentraal geleë. Ons het baie lekker gebly. Ek sal net voorstel dat die kombuis beter toegerus is. Daar was geen steakmese, rooster, braaibak, of ordentlike pan om bv. eiers in te bak nie.

Comfortable, secure, and clean, if the issues were resolved, an excellent choice. Firstly, we struggled to make contact on the day before check-in. We finally made arrangements late Thursday to meet at 8:30 am (their requested time, we asked for 12:30 pm). Then on Friday morning, we had an issue with checking in. Struggled again to make contact (no answer to phone calls or WhatsApp messages at their appointed time - 7:30 - 8: 00 am). Finally made contact 20 minutes after the arranged time even though we explained the time constraints on Thursday. I ended up being 30 minutes late to my meeting. Once contact was made, I had to show proof of booking by WhatsApp, with you providing docs, before anyone came to the premises. The house is well-appointed. There were a few issues. The light in the dining room didn't work. The towel rail and soap dish in the family bathroom were broken. And no mirror in this room either. Also, the hot water in the main en suite bathroom was not working, even though the water ran extensively. This was reported on Friday night with a request to fix the problem. By Sunday no-one had even looked at the message. The on-site caretaker left each day before we could speak to him. Also, the water pressure in the shower in the main en-suite bathroom was ridiculously low. Even if the hot water were available, showering here would not be possible. We were not given any details regarding the Wi-Fi. This all said, we really enjoyed the security, layout, and comfortability, and would like to use the accommodation again. Especially if the above was repaired and corrected. The house is clean and easy to access. So many positives about 4-Dyce, a good place to stay.
