4 on Highworth offers stylish self-catering accommodation, conveniently located on the MyCiTi bus route in the suburb of Sea Point, in close proximity to the V&A Waterfront, Green Point, the CTICC, as well as local shops and restaurants.
Accommodation is offered in a fully furnished 2 bedroom penthouse with private roof top pool and deck, a choice of two 2 bedroom garden apartments or in a choice of two studio apartments for singles or couples. All the apartments below the penthouse share a common rear deck and plunge pool and braai area.
The 2 bedroom garden apartment is comprised of a main bedroom with a double bed and built-in cupboards, a second bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower and an open-plan lounge with TV and free Wi-Fi. The open-plan lounge leads to and a small open-plan dining area in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and contains a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and an oven and stove. Guests have access to a small garden. Prepaid electricity is included and the apartment is serviced on longer stays every third day, excluding public holidays.
The 4 sleeper 2 bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms has a main bedroom with king size bed. The second bedroom has twin beds, and both bedrooms contain a TV. The open-plan living and dining area leads to the kitchen which is equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge, microwave, oven and stove, and tea and coffee making facilities. The kitchen leads out on to a private outside deck and lounge area and a gas braai which is exclusive to this unit. The common rear deck has access to a plunge pool and braai facilities.
Unit 4A has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both the rooms have double beds. The second bedroom is smaller and has a pull-down wall mounted Murphy bed. Guests have exclusive use of the courtyard. There is a communal swimming pool.
The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit sleeping 4 has use of free Wi-Fi.
Sea Point offers visitors a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, music clubs, and a lovely promenade along which to walk. Nearby attractions include Table Mountain, Robben Island, Castle of Good Hope. District Six, and the Bo Kaap.
