Description
401 Umdloti Beach Resort is a beautifully appointed 1-bedroom apartment with lovely sea views. The apartment is situated in a complex in the seaside village of Umdloti, 10.3 km from King Shaka International Airport. The complex is ideally located across the road from South Beach.
The bedroom has an open-plan en-suite bathroom with a shower, and is air-conditioned for guests comfort in the hot summer months. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed fitted with pure cotton linen. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge, and is equipped with a gas hob and oven, a fridge, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine for guests convenience. The apartment is equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with full DStv channels.
Parking is available in a secure garage below the apartment and the elevator stops within metres of the front door. Umdloti Resort offers 2 large outdoor swimming pools as well as a kiddie’s pool and an extensive area with braai facilities and seating.
Directly downstairs are 2 fine-dining restaurants, Bel Punto and Mundo Vida. The Bush Tavern, the local bar and restaurant, and Café Java, a bright open beach-style coffee shop are also situated downstairs. The Spar grocery store is also just up the road.
The swimming area at Umdloti Beach is patrolled by lifeguards and protected by shark nets. There are a myriad of inshore tidal pools to explore at low tide and the Umdloti Beach tidal pool system is a quick walk up the beach.
