This beautiful double-story house is perfectly located in Gxarha (Morgan’s Bay) and boasts breathtaking views of the ocean.
402 Candleberry place has a sleeping capacity of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, and 2 bathrooms.
The main bedroom is upstairs and is furnished with a double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed while the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. These bedrooms are downstairs and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. All linen is provided, however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining space, and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, basic cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities as well as a central breakfast island with stools. The living room features comfy couches, and a dining table and leads onto a large balcony with a built-in braai area, and outdoor furniture.
This property has a beautiful large garden that is partially fenced. There’s also a garage and laundry available downstairs.
