410 Locust Retreat is an immaculate self-catering cottage for 4 people in Marloth Park. An inverter is available.
The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms with prepaid air conditioning units and ceiling fans, 1 bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and a lounge. Each of the bedrooms contains a double bed, and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet.
Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, a dishwasher, iron as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
The living area opens onto a covered stoop that overlooks the fire pit and the splash pool. A private free carport for 2 vehicles is available.
410 Locust Retreat is 6 km from the Crocodile River, and visitors to Marloth Park will have the opportunity to see a wide variety of free-roaming wildlife, and do some bird watching, cycling, and walking. The town also offers a water park, a putt-putt course, and basic facilities such as a liquor store, a restaurant, a bakery, a curio shop, and a petrol station.
An inverter and a solar power system have been installed on the property.
