Description
44 Bayhill is a beautiful family home with spectacular views overlooking the river running through White River Country Estate.
This house has a sleeping capacity of 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms are individually furnished with queen-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath or shower, a basin, and a toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan living and kitchen areas are modernly designed and furnished. The living area has comfy couches as well as a sleeper couch that can accommodate 2 children under 12 and features a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, and a cosy fireplace. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, crockery, and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also an 8-seater dining table and chairs where guests can enjoy their meals.
Another spacious, entertainment area can be found inside with lounges, board games, and gym equipment.
The outside area boasts a large patio with outdoor furniture and a bar area overlooking the sparkling swimming pool, and a luscious lawn leading down to the river.
Solar power is installed for minimal load-shedding interruption.
White River Country Club is set amongst picturesque plantations on the banks of the White River.
In addition to an 18 hole Championship parkland golf course the club boasts tennis, squash, cricket and hockey facilities, with an outstanding swimming pool adjacent to the clubhouse.

To advise the estate is noise sensitive and so levels are to be turned down at 10pm please.
White River is a favorite holiday destination for both locals and foreign tourists looking to enjoy the beauty of the Crocodile River Valley and with three irrigation dams and a number of nearby forests there is plenty for outdoorsy types to enjoy. Fun activities in White River include visiting the St. Georges Anglican Church, visiting the Mission End Trading Post from which you can pick up antiques and treasures.
There’s also the Lowveld Botanical Garden and the Reptile Park which will keep children entertained for hours. Perhaps visit the Bagdad Farmers Market or the White River Gallery. With the Kruger Park Gate so close by, if you don't have your own car or want to take the hassle out of driving, no worries, there are plenty of excursions into the park from morning tours to overnight stays.
