Mare e Sole 5 Beach Hurst is a lovely apartment on the first floor of a small secure complex in Fish Hoek. The apartments offer spacious and comfortable accommodation that is within a 2-minute walk of the well-known Fish Hoek Family Beach.
The apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms and a shared bathroom fitted with a corner bath, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. The bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and 2 single beds that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A comfortable dining table is situated between the kitchen and lounge. The open plan living has comfortable seating and features a TV with Open View provided. From the lounge, you have access to a lovely patio with outside seating and a braai. The patio has nice views towards Kalk Bay and is ideal for relaxing after a day's outing. There is also a separate working space for those who need to keep in touch with the office or friends.
The apartment also has off-road parking.
Shopping for provisions is no problem either, as there are three supermarkets with all you need, less than a 10-minute walk.
Placed centrally, there are several wine farms and places of interest, including Cape Point and Boulders Beach, all within easy reach.
