The staff was incredible; they went beyond expectations to make sure we were comfortable and make our stay memorable. Nice break but spa was closed. 5 Mountains was a good option for me and my husband's getaway but I was disappointed that the spa was not open during our stay. I feel we would get much better value for money if it was open and don't understand why the spa is open during December/January holidays.
