Very tidy, close to everything and the view is the best. We got the impression that there is no one who makes sure that the people at the noise keep the rules of the place. There were 2 groups of people who came into the unit below us at no 43 and played noise and loud music until 2/3 o'clock every morning. It started to get so bad that our whole family was awake and had to tell the security to please. to come help because we didn't see a chance to reason with a bunch of drunk people. We are still waiting to hear from the 53 Sea Lodge about the deposit.
