58 La Pirogue is a luxurious, self-catering apartment. It is across the road from the main beach of Ballito and a convenient 20-minute drive from King Shaka International Airport.
This apartment, right by the swimming pool, can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. It comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and an open-plan kitchen and living room and a patio with sea views.
The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, his-and-hers dressing tables, and a walk-through dressing area that leads to an en-suite bathroom containing a shower, basin and toilet. The room has stacker doors leading onto a sea-facing balcony.
The second and third bedrooms each feature a double bed and a dressing table. These rooms share the second bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. One of the rooms has a sliding door that leads onto a sea-facing balcony, while the other room is equipped with a fan and faces the complex's swimming pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen features a glass-top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area boasts an 8-seater solid wood dining table and chairs while the lounge has 3 comfortable couches, a coffee table, and a TV with an HDMI port. DStv is available. The living area leads through stacker doors onto a patio with sea views. The patio is equipped with a 6-seater wooden table, gas-plate braai facilities, and a small Weber for charcoal braai. Wood fires are not allowed.
Covered parking is available for one vehicle.
Access to La Pirogue complex is by remote control and a security guard patrols at night for your peace of mind.
